① ADLib® mAb generation I) ADLib®mAb generation

ADLib®ライブラリから、標的抗原と特異的に反応する抗体産生細胞をセレクションし、その中から基準を満たすクローンを選定します。 Antigen-specific Abs (IgG/IgM) are directly selected from the ADLib® library, from which criteria-meeting clones are selected.

② ADLib® Affinity Maturation (ADLib® KI-AMP) II) ADLib® Affinity Maturation (ADLib® KI-AMP)

既存抗体（例えばハイブリドーマ由来の抗体）の抗体遺伝子をADLib® 親和性成熟プラットフォーム（AMPf）に導入し、2次ライブラリを作製します。その中から元抗体よりも親和性が向上したクローンを選定します。 An antibody gene for an available antibody (e.g., hybridoma-derived antibody) is introduced into an ADLib® affinity maturation platform (AMPf) to prepare a secondary library.
Clones with improved affinity compared with the starting antibody are selected from the library.

③ 面談によるお打合せ III) Briefing interview直接訪問もしくはオンラインで面談を実施し、作業工程の打ち合わせをいたします。お客様のニーズに沿ってフレキシブルなプランニングを行います We will interview with you by face-to-face visit or online for briefing sessions regarding workflow scheduling. We will flexibly offer a suitable plan for your needs.
